{"id":5561,"date":"2021-12-23T11:30:59","date_gmt":"2021-12-23T11:30:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/olivedipaolo.com\/sitio\/?p=5561"},"modified":"2021-12-23T11:30:59","modified_gmt":"2021-12-23T11:30:59","slug":"despidos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olivedipaolo.com\/sitio\/2021\/12\/23\/despidos\/","title":{"rendered":"DESPIDOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El decreto de necesidad y urgencia que estableci\u00f3 en 2020 la <strong>prohibici\u00f3n de despidos<\/strong>\u00a0sin justa causa en la Argentina no se renovar\u00e1 y llegar\u00e1 a su fin a partir del<strong>\u00a01 de enero de 2022.<\/strong>\u00a0La \u00faltima prorrogaci\u00f3n de la medida la hab\u00eda extendido hasta el 31 de diciembre de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el Gobierno tendr\u00eda decidida tambi\u00e9n la fecha de caducidad del recargo indemnizatorio vigente para las cesant\u00edas, que se conoce informalmente como &#8220;<strong>doble indemnizaci\u00f3n&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong>por despido.
